Price Book report

We are using EBS R12.1.3.  Is there a report that provides the current price list for all customer and products (items) for audit.  We have pricing at Bill-to level also.    Our Modifiers are customer specific with Qty price breaks in some cases

Under Oracle Pricing manager, found the Price Book report but it needs to be run one customer at a time

Can anyone guide me on how to create this report will be appreciated
