Changing diagnostic trace and alert log location on Windows platform

I am using Oracle 11gR2 and running out of local disk space (d:\) used for Oracle installation and diagnostic trace & alert logs, on windows platform.

I have another drive with much more space (e:\) where I want to move all previous and future trace and log files to overcome drive space issue.
