Min -Max planning Report to Trigger Purchase req automatically is not happening

Following set up is done

Min and max qty entered

source supplier

List price

Profile option at site level entered as incomplete

But Min-Max report is getting generated

Req import is not happening automatically

Manually when run it is getting created,Let me know is any set up missing other than what have did above....
