Scheduled UDR not emailing to users

We have many scheduled reports that are supposed to auto-email the report as an attachment.  For the last month the reports run and are saved in the Scheduled Results folder, but the email with the attached report has not been sent.    We are running Version 16.2.5.1  Any ideas on what may be causing this?
