Account Analysis Report (XLAAARPT) - incorrect balances

Dear All

We stumbled on reporting. We're in a process of migration form the Oracle EBS 11 to Oracle Fusion Cloud R12.

My company needs to see account balances and period amounts with journal details in one report at the same line level. We tried to use the Account Analysis Report, but it produced the incorrect data. The period amounts seem to be ok, while the balances are wrong (they differ from what we can see for the same parameters with the OTBI reports and comparing with the reports from the Oracle EBS 11). Please, help me to solve the issue, as I cannot explain it myself if such discrepancy in data comes from the system’s architectural limit or is just a
