OEM Compliance Rule Suppressions Reports

OEM (12c, 13c), When suppressing compliance rules for a database, I do not find any publisher reports or know the schema structure enough to generate a report for compliance suppression, that shows: User that submitted suppression, date submitted, database (target), suppression end date or indefinite, suppression reason, target lifecycle. For in information publisher report, would be nice to have it rollup by group.
