UDO/Watchlist Security

We have configured watch-lists for  users.

When we are trying to share it, we are facing some issues.

Query and watchlist both are shared with users.

User often sees as watch-list object not accessible to him, but its intermittent. User was able to access it when he signed -out and sign back in but it was changed again back to non-accessible to next sign-out cycle.

Root application P43250 is setup in P00950 for user access.

I have setup *PUBLIC for watch list and Query objects still face the same issue.

I tried with specific role before *PUBLIC but i face issue as one user can have multiple roles and each of his role was not listed for watchlist access.
