Administration - PIM Server Integration screen not visible

We are trying to configure SSSE (Siebel Server Sync for Microsoft Exchange) and I am unable to find "Administration - PIM Server Integration" screen in the sitemap. I added "PIM Server Administration" responsibility to my id and still this screen doesn't come up in sitemap. Is there any additional configuration which needs to be done to bring up this screen. I even tried logging with SADMIN and still dont see this screen.
