Period 13 for Statutory Requirement?

Hi,

1. Can you please confirm, 13th period can be used only to fulfill statutory requirements?

2. If 13th period is used for statutory reporting, will it affect period 1 to 12 for management reporting? or is there any impact on other financial reports?
