Error report (pdf col is ok but .csv export missing 2col)

Hi,

Issue description.

•        User is running the report
•        The report extracted into CSV format has some columns missing when we compare it with the pdf document.
•        There are 2 columns missing in the CSV extract – Linea & Entrega.
•        The last column is missing its column header title “Comprador” in the CSV.

..While getting it in CSV format, the column DELIVERY DATE is not shown
