Performance for the R12.2.6 upgrade Patch

The R12.2.6 upgrade Patch completed successfully but ran for 12 hours that is a very long time. I am going to gather Stats in the next run prior to the R12.2.6 upgrade to see if it helps complete it faster. Any other suggestions?
