How to store the Credit Card details on the Cardholder profile - Procurement Card in Dev/Test enviro

Hi, What is the method to store the credit card details on the Cardholder profiles for the other environments like development/testing environment ? We do not want the users real credit card details stored on our testing environment. We would like to know the best practice followed/suggestions. I understand that in the Cardholder profile when any credit card details are stored it's marked as X except for the last four digits of the card now. Is there a possibility to update the credit card numbers that are stored in the PeopleSoft system using SQL scripts or any other method ?
