Position ID in the F060116

Hello,

I guess I am confused about some of the Position Control dispositions and I would appreciate someone using it to transfer some knowledge to me. I have stripped the JDE documentation however did not really find the answer to my question. Let me expose it below:

Let's say that an organization decides to start the Position Control the "Automatic" way by running the R081800. F08101 Position Master and F08111 Position Detail will be initialized using the content of F060116 (F060118 in fact), and the Position IDs created (F08101) will be by default the Employee Job Types (JBCD). Thus far so good. Now doing so, we have also a Position Activity (F08111), that is fine. But when looking at the Organizational Assignment form of the F060116 Employee Master, the Position ID is  still blank. In other word, we have in F08111 the Position Activity for an employee
