wlst script to create form instances on 12c forms 12.2.1.2

Hi,

We are running on oracle forms 12c 12.2.1.2 and we are automating the complete domain configuration so as a part of that I need sample WLST script to automate the forms instances creation.

Can any one share the sample script so that I will adapt to our environment.
