I had sent an instruction to the new team members for getting access to cores-servers ... Here is what he responded :

I have followed the instruction for :

Requesting an Orion Role in APS

      <http://deskmanual.oraclecorp.com:7777/html/INACM001.htm>

        (Refer to the tasks Tab)

My request for "Orion Development Engineer" has been approved.

"OIM Assign Roles Request for 'Orion Development Engineer' #7781053 - Request Completed"

It is still "Access denied" with all the machines that are mentioned in the email.

How should I proceed then please?
