Order Policy Code - Lot for Lot

Dear supporter,

We setup 1 - lot for lot in order policy code for item. Is this setup consider the inventory on hand when calculating the demand &supply? For example, there are 10 qty in stock. Every day there are 2 demand from WOs. Will the MRP result generate 2pcs supply by POs from the first day? Or Will the MRP result generate 2pcs supply by POs from the sixth day? - The first 5 days will consume the 10 qty. We do not put figure in safety stock.
