cpadmin.sh bad managers status

Im testing cpadmin, for doing this I killed many system id of concurrent managers, I mean actual and target processes are not the same, for example "standard manager" have 15 "target" processes and as soon as I killed system id "actual" processes is 13, the issue is that cpadmin manager status displays 15 target processes and 15 actual processes which is wrong.

Please discuss.
