How to Enable Button on E-Config UI

Hi

When we are using Base Theme with Auto Pricing JS then on e-config UI the save & canel buttons are disabled. For  When using the SIS OM base Theme With Auto Pricing OUI then on e-config UI the Cancel button is not reflecting (even in disabled state).

Any suggestions how to enable the save & cancel buttons for Base Theme with Auto Pricing JS and how to add cancel button for SIS OM base Theme With Auto Pricing OUI.
