How to enable password change for webcenter content users by themselves?

Hi,

The client does not have LDAP or AD to unify user and password therefore the webcenter Content needs to take care of its own users and access passwords.

Reading the manuals and discussions in blogs I know that the user / password to access is validated in weblogic, so I would like to confirm if there is a way to allow end users to change their own password without each having to log in Weblogic, is it possible without customization in version 12c?

Because the manual change in the weblogic by an administrator would be totally non-compliance, because the person would know the user's password and the user has no way to change it,
