FDM (11.1.2.2) Problem uploading files

When our users try to upload a file again, then it is supposed to overwrite the file with a new version.

We had this application running on a different server before but we had to reinstall that server environment and moved it over to a new server farm on different hardware but same software. And using the same config as far as we know.

But back then it worked and now it doesn't. So I guess it is a setting or permission somewhere that is missing.

We are getting these errors instead:
