Transfers don't flow from SIM15 to RMS15

Hi,

I would like to create transfer in SIM15 by the application. It is created and dispatched successfully, but no message is set to RMS. I can't even find it in mps_staged_message or rib_message (looks like system doesn't even try to create and send it).

I didn't find anything in sim-server or rib-sim logs.

All types in mps_work_type table are enabled.

Can you please advise what else can I check? Is there any additional table with configuration which messages should be sent?
