9.2 Breadcrumbs: some are there, some aren't

We are upgrading from 8.10 to 9.2

1. Do you know why some breadcrumbs don't show and some do? All our task views are our own. This is a new task view for 9.2 (In 8.10, we had several task views. With 9.2 we're limiting it to one.)

2. In the upper left corner of my screen, I see a tiny drop down option. It shows some of the recent breadcrumbs I've used... but not all. For example, one of the recent ones shows

Main--> Financials--> AP--> AP Reports    That makes sense, I was testing in that area. But now I have gone repeatedly into the AR space to test, and that chain of breadcrumbs isn't there.
