Secordary Price list value is not defaulting when primary price list line price inactive.

Hi Friends,

We have defined secondary price list with ZERO dollars for all items  as  List Price is fetched as 0 if not fetched from any Price List in primary Price List. some item price list is inactive in primary price list and zero price to be defaulted from secondary price but its not happening.

QP: Qualify Secondary Price Lists set to Yes.

There is no qualifiers/pricing attributes defined. i have tried to re-price by removing price list name at line level but didn't work.

Please help me out if i have missed something to check?
