Getting [ERROR]: The value of s_patch_service_name is not set correctly in atleast one of the contex

Hi,

I'm working with Melinda Gaspari for the upgrade of EBS 11.5.10.2 to R12.2.5. 

I am applying patch 21483810 from the post-update tasks of the 12.2 Release Update Pack (RUP), however I'm getting the following warnings/error and would like to ask your assistance on how to resolve these.
