Can we enter decimals in project percentage of completion window and create invoice?

Hi,

We have the following scenario:

Can we enter decimals in project percentage of completion window and create invoice?

Currently for Percent complete invoices, the team is only able to enter a full percent, this means we are only limited to invoice amounts that equal full percentages. eg we are unable to generate milestone invoices where % of amount to be billed is 38.456% of the project.

Can we use any one of the below option to generate invoice with expected amount.

2 options for POC type billing events: (1) entering a % to calculate bill amount OR (2) entering an actual $ amount to be billed.
