xcenter deployment failed

When xenv checks for new deployments we are getting below error in deployment.log

the xcenter certificate is self-signed and trusted.ca-bundle (renamed xcenter cert) is placed in C:/environment/ssl/

CN value return by xcenter and the value that xenv checks are exactly same.

xstore version 7.1.0
