About using formula in P6 professional.

I have created a UDF in WBS called "% weightage"  .My question  is there any way to distribute the same to lower levels using a formula ?

NB: I know about Est.wt that is available in P6 and how it works. So please avoid explaining Top down estimation.   what i am looking is to create a UDF in WBS and how can i link to activities to distribute the weightage.
