Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. iOS app downloading data for ever

I downloaded latest app update today.

It simply stuck downloading data. I can't reach any function.

I am checking the storage figures and it does not seem to download anything as it is stuck around 15 MB.

Killing and restarting does not help. Deleting reinstalling does not help.
