How to Add or Subtract minutes from a particular time(TDAY) ?

Hi Team,

We got a requirement, where we need to Add or Subtract the given time with a specific number(which is in minutes)?

For example:

TDAY = 235959 , now we have to Add 1 minute with it, so that the time should be 000059 .

Do we have any standard Business function or NER to achieve this? Any assistance with appropriate logic would also be helpful for us?
