Create and Post Impairment

Hello,

I'm using 12.1.3 and I'm trying to create and Post an impairment, the excel page opens and and I'm able to create a line but I cannot find a way to upload the line cannot find anyting in the menu as Oracle -> Upload.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
