Correcting Material Transactions with Deviation Error

User was able to transact material in a batch that fell outside the allowed deviation. Now, when trying to correct using the Correct Material Transactions screen, correction fails with error "the quantity entered is lower than the allowed deviation for the item" even though the quantity falls clearly within the deviation factor.
