EAI object manager performance issue in SIebel

The below step were taking much
time in all the logs. We have coped from SADMIN&Siebel Sales
Enterprise.spf to  WEBEAI01&Siebel Sales Enterprise.spf but doesn't worked. Pls. suggest

as per the current scenario it was a Siebel product bug. Pls. suggest what will be alternate solution for this?
