Remote database connection using sqldeveloper

Hello,

I have installed R12 in oracle virtual box and able to connect database successfully. And i am trying to connect same database from host PC(windwos) using sqldevloper tool.

I have not installed any client version in host pc as sqldeveloper itself client.

But i am not able to login database from sqldeveloper due to below error

/*status: failure - test failed IO error: Connection reset*/
