In Transit Shipment

Dear All,

After the shipment Confirmation is done, is there a way to track the shipment which is on the way to Customer..

( once shipment is done, we like to set the status of the shipment "as In - transit".

After the confirmation of the delivery, we would like to sales update..

currently we have a UNO Job, which does Sales update every evening as soon Invoice is printed..

How to achieve the above..
