datbase and listener down suddenly with no details in alert log

Hello Everybody,

My Environment

Oracle 11.2.0.4 database, OEL 6.7 64 bit.

Today around 19.05, our database and listener were down suddenly. I started the database and listener around 19.09. I looked thru alert.log but couldn't find any shutdown database statement. The following is the alert log details. Please let me know where to find more details as to why database crashed suddenly. Appreciate your help in this regard.
