APEX Interactive Reports

Oracle DB: Oracle Database 12c Standard Edition Release 12.1.0.2.0 - 64bit Production

Oracle Application Express: 4.2.6.00.03

Customer has been using APEX Interactive Reports extensively, and has many saved reports. The APEX application has been migrated to a new DB, and is also going to be upgraded to a new version. The customer expects that their saved interactive reports will be lost.

Please provide a technique whereby the customer's saved reports can be retained after 1) moving application to a new DB instance, and 2) upgrading the application.
