different Leave accrual calculation

Hello,

We are trying to setup two accruals on the same rollover, we are getting an error. i have 2 type of leave accruals in my company, half of the employees are eligible for 240 hours per year and the other half is eligible for 280 hours per years.

i need a solution to perform this differentiation between the employees keeping the same paytype rollover setup.

i have created 3 accruals:

- accrual 1: calculation table to give 240 hours

- accrual 2: calculation table to give 40 hours

- accrual 3: basis of calculation accrual 1 and accrual 2

if an employee is eligible for 240 hours only, i will give him accrual one only and if he is eligible for 280 hours i will give him both accruals 1 and 2.
