Error when starting Agile managed server - Could not reserve enough space for object heap.

We are unable to start our Managed server. When starting managed server from Services we get error "Windows could not start the service on the Local Computer. Error 1067".

When starting it from Weblogic console we get error "The server C1W24908-Managed1 does not have a machine associated with it."

When trying to start the server from command line we are getting error as below:

Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM warning: ignoring option MaxPermSize=512M; support was removed in 8.0
Error occurred during initialization of VM
Could not reserve enough space for object heap.

Can you please advise.
