Unable to download JDEdwards Standalone for windows

Hello Oracle,

Trying to download 'JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Standalone 9.2.0.0 for Microsost Windows x64' from https://edelivery.oracle.com/osdc/faces/SearchSoftware . Out of 4 zip downloads , I can download 3 and 4 parts but could not download 1st and 2nd part.

Can you please suggest any other alternative , how we can download the remaining parts.
