Unable To Access Regional Info From Address Book for GST but Regional info is accessible thru P03013

Hi ,

I have already run R7000100 and added GENABADTL UDC and enabled India localization .Please see the screenshot below.I restarted JAS/JDE services.I am still unable to access Regional Info from Address Book for GST.Could please help me to fix this issue.
