Cygwin Error while installing MFP on Windows 7

Hi ,

I am trying to install MFP version 16 on windows 7, 32-bit machine. While running rpasInstall, below error is showing up:

On window side, 'commit_asap_config.ary' array is present. If I am going to directory 'D:/domain/mfprtl/input/'  from 'cygwin' and look for permission on 'tempjnidomain_toolsinstall' directory , it not showing any thing.
