OMB300a.XML file for Passback - Update 3

Hello Everyone,
The OMB300a.XML file has been updated as follows based on feedback from agency testing:
1. the securityCostsAndCapabilities section has been removed from the mapping for the Non IT Security and Compliance investments.
2. CIO Rating has been added to the updateInvestment mapping section for IT Security and Compliance investments
As a note, the Lifecycle Costs are included in the add and update mapping sections for IT Security and Compliance investments, but marked as optional. Data will only be sent if that section is populated. If your agency never wants lifecycle costs to go up with this type of investment, you should remove the section from the map file. Please contact me if you need assistance with that.
