Project resource Assignment conflict notification

Hello Experts, We have implemented project resource management and as part of that resources assignment are done against project.

Whenever there is a conflict in assigning resource and assignment is approved by passing the conflict, system sends notification to the PM for all the task the resource is assigned to.

Is there a way to disable these notifications? Any response is really appreciated.
