No manager status for all concurrent programs

Hello,

I have installed R12 vm template in oracle virtual box and able to login front end but all concurrent programs are going into "No Manager" status and "inactive" phase.

Refer status of adcmctl.sh

/*

[oracle@apps scripts]$ ./adcmctl.sh status

You are running adcmctl.sh version 120.19.12020000.7

Enter the APPS username : apps

Enter the APPS password :

Internal Concurrent Manager is Active.
