Issue with the "PRC: Distribute Labor Costs" program.

Hi all, I am having an issue with the "PRC: Distribute Labor Costs" program.

Rate schedules at employee rate were configured but, for an unknown reason employee transactions into the project are being costed using other rate. (variable: l_hourly_cost_rate used)

Could you please  tell me what setup is missing?
