New Freshmen and Transfer DATA Discrepancies

Hi, We are on PT 8.53, Bundle#43 and CS 9.0. This Fall three days back only we ran Matriculation process  (FALL 2017 ) and since the MATR process was run, we have some discrepancies with the data for new students in table like PS_STDNT_ADVR_HIST. We are worried that some data may not have populated all tables. Do you have any idea where to look for?
