Retricting specific PR not to be visible by others in iProcurement 12.1.3

We have a requirement where we want to restrict specific PR not to be visible by others.

For example: One user has created 10 PR's out of which 2 are marked as confidential. These 2 SHOULD not be visible to others and the remaining 8 can be visible to others.

I know we have to standard option through which either we can restrict all OR allow all PR's to be viewed by others.

Do we need to do some customizations in iProcurement OAF page?
