128 Barcodes are not able to read by the scanner in OBIEE BIP report?

Hi,

Created Shipping labels online OBIEE 11g BI publisher report and used Custom 128 Bar code font (IDAutomation) in the report. But it was not able to read by the scanners.

Here are the scanner details : WWS800 CCD Wireless Barcode Scanner and it supports 128 bar codes. Same Custom font used in other reporting environments like Oracle EBS reports and they are working fine.

Could you please help on this issue?
