Cafe1 Open Find Warning Message

Hi,

I'm working in the 9.2 environment and attempting to use Cafe1 functionality.

I continue to receive this warning message and regardless of which option I select, the field AN8 is not mapped / displaying on the Work with Addresses form. My base form is P4210.

I cannot find any documentation on below message.
