LOV Active flag has no effect for eScript

Hello,

We have Siebel version IP 15 PatchSet 5.

I have noticed that in our DEV environment LOV works bit weird.

When I change LOV active flag and display value then I can see changes in dedicated client UI. For example if I inactive LOV then I can not see it anymore in UI.

When I change LOV active flag and display value then I can see display value change in eScript but active flag has no effect.
If LOV is not active then I can still receive value in script and that is weird because it should not work like that.
